Welp, pardner, William posted about Dos and Windows - but what ver. of
Win?  I've had connects with my USR V.e's in Dos, Win3.1, and 95 of
31.2k.  But my connects are irrelevant in W.B.'s case. :)

Didn't know if he was looking for an elusive Dos driver, a Win3.1 comm
port controller program, or a w95 .inf file.  Hope he finds what he
is looking for.
