Ooop. Here comes the quotation marks around my name again...
Are you going to start to call me a man?

And if in this case, the general drift of the men out here might be correct
about this? What then?

So why did they want the 'man' to leave?

WHOOP! There it is! *Yawn* Oh dear. I seem to be getting under your skin,
aren't I?

What a stupid question. Of course Parg.. I worked with one even when I was
going door to door for the League of Conservation Voters. Her name was Lucy,
and she killed a man who was attacking her lover. She was a bit nuts, to say
the least. Tried to get me to pretend I needed an abortion and cross the
anti-abortion picket line in front of the Feminist Health center, so she
could take photos of the 'harassment' the women going in had to endure.
Needless to say, I wanted no part of her political chicanery (I don't know
why she didn't just take pictures of the women going in for real - god knows
they got hassled bad enough), and she got outright hostile to me - somehow,
I was betraying the cause of women's victimhood by not joining in her games.
Then there was Jamie, who hung out at the youth center where the FHC was,
and was very abusive to her girlfriend Nicole (who was as sweet and insecure
as it got). Last time I saw Jamie, she had grown a goatee. No shit.

Well, the ones that haven't slipped off the rails, that is.

No, only the women that formed the UNH group. They go up there and stir up
shit with the freshmen every few years, until they get so irksome, that they
fall out of vogue. It goes on a 6 or 7 year cycle, like clockwork. When I
was working in NARAL, they hung out of a place called the Elvis Room, and
before that, it was at the Feminist Health center that was down one block
from me.
> Nah, I can't believe that.
Well, not everyone *hates* men, there are the gay men here, you know.. *LOL*
Parg, this is the gayest city in America! If it were the size of San
Francisco it would have double the number of homosexuals that are there.
Prescott Park, which is at the end of the street I live on, used to be
*nationally* advertised in Mandate as one of the best cruising spots in the
northeast! Pierce Island is to this day, not a place you want to go walking
around the far side of the water treatment plant, for the chance of running
into some of the locals engaging in blow jobs in the bushes. It's off limits
after dark now, as a local got killed 7 years ago, for trying to put the
make on two very drunk straight men who beat and robbed him for his
troubles.

And what is the likelyhood that they weren't, given the politics of this
organization? Do you personally know the attitudes of some of the women in
this group as I do?

Again, like a sneaky spoiled 12 year old, you try and turn this around.

Nope. I know the crowd.

Yes I do Parg. I know some of them and their friends personally. I know this
crowd, many of them hang out at Caffe Kilim's, across the street from the
post office. You are talking to me about people you don't know. I do.

What puppet Parg? I don't have the time or inclination to be out here
playing fake name games with the group. Have you realized that every time I
put you in a corner, you fall back on this tired line? Grow up, okay,
'Heather'?
Deb.
