So far, I've only been able to get:

filefixAutoCreate on

To not throw any errors, but using:

filefix*
  ForwardFileRequests
  FowardFileRequestFile
  ForwardPriority

All fails..

In further investigation though, I just started trying things based on the
fidoconfig.html (compiled from the source's LaTeX documentation), the following
works when using filefix and the documented fidoconfig documented directives:

filefixAutoCreate on
filefixAutoCreateFile /sbbs/etc/ftn.auto
filefixAutoCreateDefaults ...
filefixForwardRequests on
filefixFwdPriority 1
filefixFwdFile /sbbs/data/filegate.zxx

THOSE seem to be working. So really, it's a matter of the htick latex
documentation being wrong, and the fidoconfig documentation just not being
thorough, where it should be more thorough on the concepts of *Directive, that
the * means areafix or filefix.
