That's quite a load of bullshit from someone who has been whining about the
willingness of foreign companies (and governents) to invest in drilling
capacity through the oil-for-food program for a couple of years now.  And
while the future Kurdish state may wind up as a democracy, I see little
hope the that the Shi'ite and Sunni parts of Iraq will fare as well.

I'm not whining.  I'm just pointing out the fact that the constitution and
on which your side hangs it hat on hen it points to progress in Iraq is a
farce.
