The FM2 Utilities to Defrag a drive are both OS/2 command prompt programs.  
Although they do have an icon, they can not be clicked  on from the desktop 
directly, unless you have included a drive path on the paramaters line, in 
the the Settings Notebook.  Better yet go to an OS/2 Command Prompt and type 
the progarm name and the drive.  IF you type the name byitself, or with an 
slash and questions mark, you will get the help answers.  If you want to use 
a graphics program you need to get the Gamma-Tech Utilities.  The have both 
types of programs.
