Dear John
I can help you with the MS Works macro (I think), but need an email address
and lots more info as it isn't easy - you need to use Record from Windows and
it does not have an editor. There is a Works site here - LOC.18A but I've
had to email the solution to another user as it is somewhat "chunky". My
email address is jsouthon@melbpc.org.au Let me know if I can help.
I'm pleased you have used AutoText - it can also take symbols, graphics etc
and is quite powerful. If you use "Insert Date and Time..." you need to
use the F12 button (Function key 12) to update the displayed date - another
Microsoft "known problem". Don't know if I mentioned that earlier and I
can't see my original message.
Regards - Jan
