I know that you are correct. I would simply hope that most countries with the
technical expertise to actually build a nuclear device have the stability,
logic, and maturity to handle such power. Many of the third world countries
would use such a device at the drop of a hat for little or no reason. I'm
sure this time will come sooner or later, I'm just hoping it will be later.
