That disgusts me no end.  There's no reason for it.  they could have
learned from our mistakes, but no, they're doing to same only worse, yet
everyone is blaming us for what we do. (when it's clear China is not only
going to pass us in green house gasses output, but they have even less
desire to do anything about it than we do.)
