With level set to default -13dbm calls were 24000 or 26400 and somewhat "flaky". Lifting the level to -11dbm we now have solid 28800 on most calls with the occasional one dropping to 26400. It was these results that got others on the trail. We were satisfied at -11dbm but others seem to need higher output levels to compensate for higher loss local loops. This seems to be the case with USR Couriers as well. Regards ...
