"Better" as in detecting too many dupes! (aka false positives)  ;)

But seriously, I find this interesting from a technical point of view, as one 
of the maintainers of the software involved. Can you export all messages (or 
just the MSGID's), zip them, and send the zip file? (or the simply the jam area 
files if that's easier, would be ok too)
