Neat. The last decade or two are pretty similar here. We bought this house
in 1998, and the current price estimate is roughly 2.2 times what we paid
(I had the house evaluated a few months back).

That would make an interesting presentation technique, btw. A little life
into those weekly sales meetings... ;-)
