Yes there is as "Fight to win with no handcuffs" means both sides
with nukes. You could not win a conventional war with Iran without a
massive draft, an emptying of the treasury & a loss of position wrt the
other great powers e.g. China.

You would emerge far weaker than you went in for no gain. Maybe that's what
the right refers to as a victory these days.
