And they're in real trouble about it - main headline on the TV Breakfast
News programmes.

That area is sometimes called "God's waiting room" - a very
popular retirement area and not all of the residents are strong enough to
travel the 2 1/2 miles to the nearest branch that _will_ talk to them.

At first sight, it's a breach of the Disability Discrimination Act, which
can prove VERY expensive indeed.
