Thanks for the information.  I gues I was misinformed ... I am kinda 
interested in this issue, because I get 33.6 about 60% of the time (when I 
connect to other non USR 33.6s, namely the Multitechs and such that my ISP 
uses, and my other Supra on my BBS (as well as a few of my users).
