        Thank you for the advice. I, too, was thinking that someone 
else could have intercepted the letters. Also, it may be hard on my 
birthfather, since he never knew about me. My mom refused to tell him that 
she was pregnant and her family went along with her wishes very reluctantly. 
I'm going to let this go for now, with the holidays and everything. It will 
give me time to think about things. Hey, maybe he is investigating me to see 
if I'm for real on this. Also, if he is in ill health, maybe the family is 
keeping it from him. I'll keep everyone here posted as to what happens in the 
future and if we do get to meet, you will see a very happy message here.
