Log file didn't help, but I figured out what the problem was.

I needed to configure in the mailer to save the file in the secure inbound path.
Otherwise, hpt doesn't uncompress the files.

It's working perfectly now.

My new issue is on HPT Pack now.
It seems to be generating an .out file in the /out dir, but it doesn't send
it to the link.
Therefore, echomail works fine with HPT Scan, like this message I'm sending
now, but Pack doesn't. :(
