 I have had personal experience with the Creative Phone Blaster.

 It uses a Rockwell chip set.

 But it was such a badly designed modem, with abysmal performance

 and NO tech support help...... I have sent mine back to Creative

 Pacific in Sydney for a REFUND.

 The PnP sound card side of it worked flawlessly though. they got that

 part of it correct.
