to use them.  The UN said they had a program.  So did the CIA.  So did
various other countries.  So did the people who FOUND hundreds of chemical
weapons after the war.  So did the people who told Clinton to bomb al
Shifa.  And on and on.  Anyone who has been awake for the last ten years
knew this already.
