~> ~> EC> Your whole comparison is exploded in your face, and that irrelevant ~> ~> EC> aside is the ONLY thing you can SAY !?!?!?! ~> ~> Waterboarding is illegal. ~> EC> Your basis for that was that "it was specifically made illegal since ~> EC> 1898." But now you know that you were wrong. That was a far different ~> EC> interrogation method that involved forced ingestion of water and ~> It's still waterboarding and it's still against the USCMJ, among other ~> laws in which the US is a signator. Your basis for believing that "it" was illegal was that someone was convicted of "it." But now you know that he was convicted of something dramatically different, that involved ingestion of water, intentional damage to internal organs, and usually death. The fact that you lump everything that has the word "water" connected to it into one package is just hilariously illogical. If you can find a copy of something called the "USCMJ," show where "it" is made "illegal" there. --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.0pr5a* Origin: FidoTel & QWK on the Web! www.fidotel.com (1:124/311) SEEN-BY: 10/1 3 11/331 34/999 120/228 123/500 128/2 187 140/1 226/0 249/303 SEEN-BY: 250/306 261/20 38 100 1381 1404 1406 1418 266/1413 280/1027 320/119 SEEN-BY: 396/45 633/260 267 285 712/848 800/432 801/161 189 2222/700 2320/100 SEEN-BY: 2320/105 5030/1256 @PATH: 124/311 140/1 261/38 633/260 267 |
