Y'know I've been wittering on how the "Middle East Quartet"
should be renamed the "FoI" (Friends of Israel) given how Russia,
the EU & USA either/both support Israel &/or have large numbers of
citizens there (though obviously Putin would like some of the richer ones
back for trial).......& how the Quartet has gamely soldiered on trying
to ignore the fact that all others involved have long since taken this view
of them....

Note the 4+2+4.

Implies 2 sides each of 4 with a central 2 who act as the junction.

So on one side you have the "Middle East Quartet" & on the
other the "Arab Quartet".



Nice to see reality does finally percolate.

i.e that even moderate arab forces, 2 of which have peace treaties with
Israel are too anti-Israeli to be possibly represented within the existing
quartet.

It's about time. The West can act honestly as israel's patron & the
Arabs+Persians can act for the Palestinians.

At least then the meetings etc can be honest which might help move things
out of the morass of lies & actively related fantasy.
