Hi JPost v1.10, hope you are having a nice day

Haven't got a reply from Dale yet so the gateway he has is
still cfg'd for the old list and I'm back moving mail for the
time being.

>>Dude. I hate to point out here, but what is it we're doing to Paramount's
>>copy rights?
Jv>Look again Jay. Many mailing list sites demand the ":unlimited and
Jv>unrevocable right it publish your work in any form forever without
Jv>compensation." So, when did I do that to Paramount? I read the Terms

You should see the mess they put into the juno tos wrt that sort of
thing. Bad enough they made v5 so that if you were calling often enough
it would call *for* you but whatever you put onto their servers in
any way (email, webpage design, etc) became theirs to do w/ as they
wish. If they make $$$ from it, too bad for you.

Jv>of Service statements. They are seldom good, but can sometimes be
Jv>really bad.

As hard as it can be sometimes, or *used* to be, to find an access
point to fidonet at least you didn't have to worry that much abt
someone getting away w/ what isp's are trying to pull these days.

'Least the number of inet accessible bbs's is on the rise so
exchanging echomail by email, webpage, and/or newsgroup is easier
than it used to be. ];>
