You could run something like GameSrv and have that start up DOSBox, if DOSBox
is configured to 
accept live sockets..

I run most of my doors in DOSBox on my Win32 Synchronet box, basically the BBS
runs DOSBox as
a Win32 app and passes it the socket connection, which is then mapped to COM1.

Works great.
