The site you used is a private test system. It is not where release versions
of anything are available. It is specifically used as a tool by IBM to get
TEST versions of software to specific people. Most directories are closed on
that site and require an account and password. All software from testcase
should be considered experimental in nature.
The URL for NS2.02 for OS2 is:
http://www.internet.ibm.com/browsers/netscape/warp/
Select the language you desire and download and you will be presented with a
selection of 5 sites available for the download. These are the official
download sites with the latest version of the released code.
