That's right, chop out my entire previous answer where I point out to 
you that having oneself waterboarded by permission is legal.  That was 
what this current part of the threrad was about.  

As to forcibly water boarding someone, all you need to do is read the 
Geneva conventions.  You know, the one's you keep on claiming don't 
outlaw such techniques.
