It's a fair question. You can't expect to try something new without these
questions.

Sarcastic replies definitely do not help things.

Not everyone follows all echos, so something new like this is going to cause
questions and concerns.

They need to be addressed openly and honestly without attitude.

New ways to do things can be difficult to accept under the best of
circumstances.

This definitely hasn't been the best of circumstances.
