Apparently you think that simulated drowning is a joke, Earl. BTW - Drowning is death as caused by suffocation when a liquid causes interruption of the body's absorption of oxygen from the air leading to asphyxia. So, drowning is suffocation. Waterboarding is simulated suffocation - putting the subject in literal fear for his life. Waterboarding IS torture as much as extraction of fingernails - especially as it acts on the instinctual level. ENJOY!!!
