Reinstall Quicken using the original disks or CD Rom.  Copying it does not 
install the required .DLL files (and others) that are in the \windows\system 
directory.  Also, it does not install the internet dialer that you obviously 
need.
Just install Quicken on the new computer to the same directory where you 
previously copied the Quicken.  Then, the reinstalled Quicken will simply use 
the old data files that you already copied there. (Normally, you would have 
installed the Quicken on the new computer, and then copied the Data Files 
from your old computer.  However, copying the Data Files first is ok and will 
work fine.)
