 Interesting insight.. the learning environment. But then there would be 
weaknesses in this as well - not all asians are in a pressured learning 
condition (learn so they can do well in life, or don't eat). And the same is 
true for the rest. I would honestly consider the issue one of real genetics 
still. Each race is adapted for different elements of the world.. example, 
thicker eye lids on the mongloid population for dealing with the harsh 
conditions of their landscape. The pigmentation difference in black people as 
a means to protect the skin in the scorching African sun.
 In terms of IQ.. which is really difficult to label as an end-all be-all 
measure of intelligence, mother nature has also experimented with brain 
configuration to improve upon the survivability of the human being. 
Everything must continue to evolve and adapt to its environment, or face 
extinction as other elements advance past them. Intelligence is only one 
aspect of billions of minute changes our own bodies go through to better deal 
with our surroundings.
