ROBERT LAUER spoke thusly to: DICK ROEBELT
RL>Sir,
RL>The more you speak it becomes apparent that you have a problem.
RL>The key as I have said before is how did the Fax Advertiser get the
RL>number in the first place. However, I intend to contact my
RL>congressman to get a copy of the law. You may be right, however, I
RL>hope not. Sincerely,
I know I am correct as I can read plain English and I keep a copy
of said law on my desktop. Which I got, by the way, from my
Congressman.
Do I have a problem? You bet I do!
I have a business to run and budgets to keep. When [a]n unwanted
someone interferes with that via stealing my time, supplies, etc. I
really get P.O'd.
I am sure there are tens of thousands of like folks in my camp or
the Congress would have never passed a law addressing "unwanted" or
"unsolicited" faxes. Makes sense to me even if you cannot see that or
do not agree with my (and others) position on this issue.
