Yeah, and afterward he said it was a strange feeling having water POURED
INTO his MOUTH and NOSE, which indicates that it was not done the way the
CIA did it.

If he had been forced to stay awake for several days he might have called
that "torture" as well.  But the European Court of Human Rights has ruled
otherwise.  "Torture" is a term that has been reserved for
"severe pain and
suffering."  To reduce it to a meaning of "gee that was somewhat
unpleasant" makes it meaningless, and insults anyone who has ACTUALLY been
tortured.
