One person held him BY the nose, but didn't hold it closed.  If he HAD held
it shut, he would have been partially suffocating the subject.  The last
time you heard (if there was a last time or even a first time), is that
equivalent to having plastic wrap or cloth positioned so that "air flow is
slightly restricted" while water is poured from a height of one to two FEET
from a CANTEEN CUP (as opposed to a one-gallon pitcher being dumped up the
subject's nose)?  If you heard that it is equivalent, you heard wrong.  And
you heard from (and are following) someone who has no idea what they are
talking about.
