Worse, he STILL doesn't understand that the enhanced interrogation methods
WERE NOT USED FOR CONFESSIONS.  They were used to get information about how
to stop future attacks, not to get confessions about past ones.  We ALREADY
KNEW what they had done.  But Sauer and Ceppa are so eager to waterboard
people they don't like that they haven't even learned the basic facts about
what it is and when it is used.  Sauer even had a two word phrase for such
people....
