You know it, and I know it, and several others in the echo know it, but I
doubt that he knows it.  He was trying to repeat something he read in a
blog somewhere, without understanding it, and he got it wrong.  Sort of
like a school kid who has heard the Star Spangled Banner sung many times,
who doesn't know the actual lyrics, and who therefore sings the opening as
"Jose, can you see...."
