First, you must have functions to connect your system to the TCP/IP network.
You can use an OCX for example.
For transfert informations :
 1 - Connect you to the network. Put the good port number and the adress.
          0.0.0.0 if you use movable adress or you adress.
 2 - Create a function to process recieved data.
