&A3 is unnecessary, as it's the default setting with the &F1 template.

S27=48 will cure that problem, and still allow V.42 connects.  Not sure
what would happen with that set on a BBS modem though, if somebody tried
calling with MNP-4 forced, as the Courier will attempt to connect with V.42
regardless.  My immediate guess is that a /NONE connect could well result.
