subject: nltools 1.9 compile error

Hi andrew!

05 Feb 2016 00:39, from andrew clarke -> Richard Menedetter:

ac> On line 55 of Makefile, change:
 ac> nlupd$(_EXE): nlupdate$(_OBJ) string$(_OBJ) nldate$(_OBJ)
 ac> julian$(_OBJ) \
 ac> to:
 ac> nlupdate$(_EXE): nlupdate$(_OBJ) string$(_OBJ) nldate$(_OBJ)
 ac> julian$(_OBJ) \

THANX!!
That was it.
Also the generated binary was nlupd instead of nlupdate.
Renamend it, and it seems to work.

Could you also help me with HPTZIP?
Tried to use the internal ZIP, but it did not compile.
So I use externel zip again.

The error I got is:
src/zip.c:1248:28: warning: assignment from incompatible pointer type
[enabled by default]
         zi->ci.pcrc_32_tab = get_crc_table();
                            ^
gcc -shared -Wl -s hptzip.o ioapi.o unzip.o zip.o -L/usr/local/lib -o libhptzip.so
gcc-4.8.real: error: unrecognized command line option -Wl
make: *** [libhptzip.so] Error 1

It seems newer gcc does not support -Wl whatever that is.
