ECHOFIX has damaged every message base that it's touched.  I'm not sure
what's going on, but I've just about written off BW; it's become more
trouble than it's worth for the little usage it would get on my board. 
I've set everything up properly (including using ECHOFIX and not BWREPFIX)
and yet the system is still complaining about not being able to access the
message bases...and damaging them at the same time.
