Space Technologies & Applications INFO days:
The Gateway to Opportunities Created by CSA Programs

Saint-Hubert, Quebec, January 30, 2003 - Media are invited to attend a
business information session organized by the Canadian Space Agency 
(CSA) on its technology development programs. The Space Technologies 
and Applications INFO Days (www.space.gc.ca/infotech) will provide 
excellent opportunities to learn more about CSA programs promoting 
Canadian innovation.

On the first day, presentations will include innovative applications 
using Earth observation (EO) satellite data. These initiatives are 
implemented through contracts with Canadian industry. On the second 
day, programs designed to encourage the development of emerging 
technologies will be presented.

Presentations will also focus on the upcoming requests for proposals, 
with an estimated value of 11 million dollars.
