Better tell that Sysop to put his stuff on-line!  After a series of NO 
CARRIER I finally got connected	 but no Qpack there.
First I tried qpack10*.* and the second time qpack10.uc2 but both attempts 
just set me up with a netmail telling me that my request had failed.... 
great... 
That does it; I'm not calling in a third time to the US of A because I have 
to pay for my phonebill too! :)
