OHH please,
your way to parinoid.  can some of these lights disturbe the viewing, sure,
but I would rather have a little light around and be in a safer enviorment
then have it totally dark.  I often observe as a single with no one else
around. although lol lol, it is kinda funny to think of somebody shooting
out a cell tower light to make the sky a little darker lol lol.  the
"FEDS" have more to do then chase you around for shooting out a
light.
