what does the log show?
do you have your log levels set high enough for the needed info to be logged?

eg: in the husky config file, at the top after the version and before any
address info...

it may also be that the echomail.jam and/or netmail.jam files are not
recognised and your hpt needs to use echotoss.log instead... i'm not sure if
this deficiency has been corrected, though... somewhere there is a
echomailjam2htp.pl script that will convert them to echotoss.log but i don't
know where it is... i see it mentioned with jamnntpd but that's all...
