With all do respect. There should be a simple test EVERYONE runs on an
email before sending it to this list. Does it pertain to ATM. Second,
does this further that discussion. "Me too" posts should
generally be off list.
There are a couple of Dark Sky lists. Please consider joining them BEFORE
this happens to you.

EVERY list owner will tell you that the larger the proportion of off topic
subjects, the higher the unsubscribe rate. This is not good for our hobby.
There are some good people that I know of that are no longer subscribed to
this list because of the volume of mail. Please take that into
consideration. It would be nice to see folks like Harold Suiter more
involved in this list, not just scanning the digests at the end of each
month. The volume of ON TOPIC posts is quite enough.
Not that these posts ever seem to do any good, but..... ;-)
