That's a different subject.  OK so you concede the tax rate cuts cause tax
revenues to increase.  I'll be happy to agree that yes the federal
government finances its deficits with borrowed money.  I have always
favored as did many Republican office holders at one time in a balanced
budget amendment.  The MSM, liberals, and too many Republicans have opposed
such an amendment vociferously.
