There really isn't a "Corporate Pro" version.  That's the name give to 
the multiple license version of Pro that the product keys were stolen 
from.  Legal multiple license versions do not require activation.

XP Pro supports dual CPUs and does multi-threading somewhat better than 
Win2000 Pro.  Of course the apps you're using have to be dual CPU aware 
and have the ability to multi-thread.  I don't see a good reason for 
someone like yourself to upgrade to Pro unless you're specifically 
developing for the XP OS.
