The following is a summary of child abuse and neglect cases that have found
their way to the Virginia Appellate Courts over the last few years. Also 
included are summaries of parental rights terminations, which address 
constitutional issues of parenting. These are drawn from Virginia State Bar 
Family Law News.
Keep two things in mind as you review these.  First, that the laws vary 
considerably from state to state. (You are welcome to post similar summaries 
from your own states).
