This deals only with maximum Node and Area records and has nothing to do
with maximum message size. This problem has no solution until someone will
get FE source code and remove this limitation. By the way, maximum message
buffer size for non OS/2 versions is 64kb and it is better to set it to
60kb because of some bug in FE that could lead to GPF.
