If you have a good ISP, you can become a point off of any one that will
setup points,  and then your mail can be sent to you by either email,
(F2Int), FTP, or POTS.  If I setup points the mail is sent via email.

And for me to setup points is a matter of a few minutes,  Cost is nothing. 
Mail goes out 4 times a day 4:30 in the morning and afternoon, 10:30 in the
morning and evening.
