   There is in my copy. :-)  Possibly it doesn't appear until after you've 
saved at least one address in the address book.  Mine is a small icon of a 
open book with a small arrow to the right.  It is just above the area that 
you type the address in, slightly to the right of the text that says 
"Delivery address".  I know it doesn't do what you want but what I was 
suggesting was that you use the Address book instead of (or in addition to) 
the database.
