Gutless is a better word.  Until MLB gets a REAL commissioner they will
continue to be highly scrutinized on every move he makes.  Just the fear
from making moves against fellow owners scares him.
 
Thank goodness Gene Budig decided to act on Albert Belle because Selig
wouldn't have or it would have taken him until the end of the season to
make a decision.
