no one railroad has coast to coast ownership, but BNSF runs the QNYLA
and the QLANY in conjunction with Conrail, this technically falls into
the category of a "transcontinental" train, and I think Amtrak's Sunset
Limited is still running from LA to Jacksonville...I think that may be
wrong...something like that, I know they were talking about trashing it
beyond New Orleans...
